“It was a delight to work with Scott and the Yellow Bus Events team. As our first experience of putting on such an event, Scott was extremely supportively and patient with us from our initial enquiry right through the booking process and during the event itself.
Our two day beach installation was a huge hit with adults and children alike, and brought to life a part of the estate that typically is only used by teenagers to kick a ball about. Young children, older residents and residents who had never been to the seaside before, were able to feel the sand beneath their toes, and the sound of seagulls in the air, without having to travel more than a few 100 yards from their front doors. We would definitely recommend Yellow Bus Events.”

“Northfield Community Partnership is a Charity based in Southwest Birmingham and  we have been working with Scott and the Yellow Bus team for over 11 years to deliver our Urban beach events.

We realised that some of the families that we work with in the local area were unable to afford to go on holiday – so we thought we would bring the beach to them.

Each year we turn Northfield and now Kings Norton into a small festival with the beach being our focal point. Without the help from Yellow Bus Events and their professional service we would never have been able to run this event.

Scott and the team are professional, friendly and reliable going the extra mile to ensure all aspects of the event are delivered in a timely manner.

Thanks Yellow Bus Events – here’s is to another 10 years of beaches.”

“We commissioned the Yellow Bus Events Team to bring an artificial beach along to Tall Ships Races Hartlepool 2023. This was our first experience of working Yellow Bus Events.

Scott was extremely accommodating throughout and was really thorough through the booking process and this ensured the most suitable location for the beach was identified.

All arrangements were organised appropriately and aligned with other things going on within the wider site. The installation was well in advance of the event starting and worked really smoothly as did the work post event.

The four day event was a huge success with an estimated half a million people visiting. The beach area proved to be hit throughout with young people flocking to this area of the site. In addition to young people adults enjoyed the beach on an ongoing basis.

We would highly recommend utilising the artificial beach from Yellow Bus Events and can’t speak highly enough of their staff – Scott and Ed were brilliant!”
